Service Description

Ready to integrate more mindfulness practices into your life? It can be challenging to start new practices as part of your daily routine, which is why its super important to keep things simple & accessible! Fortunately, this series of 3 weekly videos (and an intro video) is designed to do exactly that! Brief 15 minute videos guide you through a mindfulness practice, with each practice building upon the other so that you can watch, practice and continue to bring each skill into your daily routine with ease. You will also be given questions or content to guide self-reflection and journaling that you can do as an optional supplement to your journey to learn to be more loving, attentive and present to your needs and inner-experience. What can you expect? Once you register for the course, you will be emailed at the start of each week a video that you can watch at your own convenience to practice the mindfulness skill throughout the week. Each week you receive a new email with a new video and self-reflection questions. Week 1: Mindfulness & Fear Week 2: Mindfulness & Self-Neglect Week 3: Mindfulness & Shame After registration you will then be emailed a new video each week for you to watch and continue to have access to for one month after the conclusion of the program. This will give you an additional month to take yourself through the skills and practices.
